SHIPPING  POLICY

Once you place an order, we start processing orders for  shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-6 days shipped via our logistics partners. 

PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.

Hunchiee is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your curior partners office for help.

Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner which ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at hunchieeandco@gmail.com  to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

  • We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!

  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 

  • All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & opening video of the package and damaged product (Every side of the package should be shown in the video) and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.

  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products ! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 

  • Hunchiee does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.

  • Mistakes made by Indian Post

  • Wrong addresses given by customers

  • Damage to orders by postal service

  • Stolen packages after delivery
